Presidential Candindate John McCain has announced he has made a great leap forward for mandkind… he discovered… the internet.
“I am learning to get online myself, and I will have that down fairly soon, getting on myself,” McCain told the New York Times in an interview that appeared Sunday.
“I don’t expect to be a great communicator, I don’t expect to set up my own blog, but I am becoming computer literate to the point where I can get the information that I need.”
Step one: http://google.com
Step two: “Information I need” - I’m feeling lucky
Step three: PROFIT!!!
McCain also admitted that “I don’t e-mail. I’ve never felt the particular need to e-mail.”
Now that’s a problem being most people on Capitol Hill tend to… you know… send e-mails and use their Blackberries and other fancy hand-held devices to keep up with the times. The world can be on the brink of destruction and President John McCain will be struggling to search for a postage stamp.
All is not well in the world of John McCain.
