Before I go to sleep finally (I mean, It’s 2:40AM here right now…) I’ll just post some quick news to supplement for the lack of it here lately.
An Australian man has put his “entire life” up for sale on eBay. Ian Usher is offering his house, car, motorbike, jetski, and all his other goodies he has via the internet’s largest auction site. The winner of the auction will even get introductions to Usher’s friends and family, as well as a two-week trial at his current job as a carpet store assistant.
He decided to sell “his life” after his wife left him after twelve years of marriage.
“Despite my life being busy and fulfilled, I still miss my wife so much. Everything in my home is a reminder of the wonderful past we shared,”
he says on his A Life 4 Sale website.
“It’s time to let it all go and move on to the next big adventure that life has to offer. Or maybe, as a couple of friends have suggested, I am just having some sort of mid-life crisis!”
Usher plans to walk out of his house with just the clothes he’s wearing and his wallet and passport, then will go to the nearest airport and take the first available plane out.
The auction ends on the 29th of June (21 hours from the time I’m posting this here) Bidding has reached $399,300.00 Australian Dollars by this moment.
