They're both going to hell in that case, according to the reasoning of these people...but one of them is the son of God, and the other is a highly revered saint. "The law (under gods [sic] permission and allowance) only encourages you to do good." Someone needs to learn their history. If you were to tell a deeply religious person that it was illegal for them 'not' to jump off a cliff, do you think they'd do it? If anything he'd screw the guys who sued people for DL'in music and ruining they're lives. I do believe in a God, but I think he's got bigger things than "sharing" music on teh internets. It's not like "well you opened a chil care hospital, saved a person from death, and was a loving father... but you DL'ed illigal music on teh internets..so later dood! *bans to hell".
