My Unique Guitar Hero III Controller Fix

So last night I was having some trouble with my controller for Guitar Hero III. Whenever I’d have to hold a note, the controller kept saying I released the buttons when really I didn’t. So today I play again, same problem, and guess what? It’s worse. Now, today I wasn’t in too great of a mood and this issue didn’t help. So what’d I do? I took the controller and smashed it on the ground a few times to take out my frustrations, not to mention I threw out some very colourful language too. After that, you’d have expected it to had been broken, but it actually works just fine again! Genius I am.
